We offer several payment options that allow you to have payment that would fit in your budget. We are sensitive to your financial needs and want you to know that we will do all we can to help you achieve your dental goals.

These payment plans offer several options from 6, 12, and 18 month’s interest free to small monthly payments with a minimal interest charge. They have a payment plan to fit almost any situation. Applying is easy; you may click on the links above or call and ask our Business Administrator for help.
What you should know about Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance plans cover 50% to 100% of the cost depending on the type of treatment and the type of coverage the plan provides. As a courtesy to you we will file your insurance and will only ask for the estimated co-payment at the time of service. Please understand that it is only and estimate and that any portion left unpaid by the insurance is your responsibility. We can only determine estimates based on the information provided to us by your insurance company.
Our office will only accept assignment of insurance benefits under the following conditions.
You must provide the name, social security number, date of birth and employer of the insured either before the first visit or the day of the first visit.
If this information is not available or we cannot verify insurance benefits, the patient will be required to pay in full at the time of service. Once the insurance benefits are verified we will accept assignment of benefits as partial payment of the total charge. You will be required to pay your deductible, if applicable, and any estimated co-payment the day of service. If, after 60 days your insurance has not paid their portion it will become your responsibility.
Appointments must have a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid an additional charge. We do our best to stay on time and accommodate patient's time and we appreciate the same respect.
